Air Gist shows a running count on your Home Screen — orders today, open leads, tickets still waiting, gifts left to buy. Pick a list you set up in Airtable and the widget shows how many things are in it. The number stays true to that list, so it counts exactly what you told it to. It updates on its own through the day as things come and go, so you never have to open anything to check. Tap it to jump straight to the full list when you want the details behind the number.
The Airtable pain this solves
- Bring the number up top The number you actually want is buried a few taps into the app.
- Read it without opening the app You open Airtable just to read one number, then close it again.
- See the number, not just a shortcut Airtable's own widgets just open the app when you tap — they don't show the number.
- Catch the number as it moves A number that creeps up all day only gets noticed once it's a problem.
- Just the number you wanted On your phone you get the whole app when all you wanted was one number.
- Your dashboard, on your phone Airtable's dashboards are made for a big screen — on your phone, they're a lot to open when you just want the headline.
